AIV License Request and update license: This video contains how to update and request for AIV license..

• This document is all about how to send request for AIV license & how to update it.

Use Case: Request for license & update it

  1. log in to the AIV application with your credentials.

  2. Go to the hamburger menu > Administration > License

  1. When you click on License, your screen will look as per the image above.

  2. Click on Click Here button in order to generate the machine id & one pop-up will appear on your screen with machine id on it as shown below:

  1. Copy that Machine code & click on submit.

  2. Click on Request License & it will redirect you to the page of AIV as shown below:

Note: When user clicks on request license button your machine id is already available in redirected page also.

  1. Enter your details & click on Request button.

  2. User did request for license & your information is send to the management.

  3. User will receive a message from the management with license attachment file.

  4. User needs to download that file.

  5. Clicks on update license as shown in the image below:

  1. And select the license file that you have downloaded & click on open.

  2. Your license will be updated.
